Saturday, February 9 – Cats ‘n’ Cocoa
Open 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.  Bring your sweetheart and enjoy an afternoon getting up close with the resident tigers, lions, leopards, bobcats, and other animal residents!  Free “bottomless” hot cocoa.

Saturday, May 4 – Noble County Open House
Free admission for our season opening day!  Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Explore many other great sites in Noble County this weekend!

Sunday, May 5 – Mayfest in Fort Wayne to benefit Black Pine
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo, live music, original art show and sale, friends, family, and the animals!  Proceeds will benefit Black Pine!  Event to be held at Calhoun Street Soups, Salads and Spirits.  1:00 - 5:00 p.m.  $10 cover charge.  DOWNLOAD FLIER HERE.

Sunday, May 12 – Mother’s Day 
Black Pine will be open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Mom’s admission is free with another paid guest!

Sunday, June 16 – Father’s Day
Black Pine will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Dad’s admission is free with another paid guest!

Saturday, June 22 – Wine in the Pines
Our fourth annual wine tasting!  Must be 21 or over.  Sanctuary tour begins at 5:30 p.m., tasting at 7:00 p.m.  Enjoy wine, hors d’oeuvres, music, and the animals!  Pre-registration required.

Saturday, July 13 – Kids Camps -  3-4 & 5-6 years
Two three-hour morning camps for ages 3-4 and 5-6 years.  Each camp includes park tour, craft activity and snack.  $15 per child.  One adult per child or siblings is required to attend at no additional charge.  Pre-registration required.  Limit 15 per camp.

Saturday, July 20 –  Kids Camp -  7-8 years
Three-hour camp for ages 7-8 includes park tour, craft activity, and snack.  $15 per child. Pre-registration required.  Limit 15 per camp.

Saturday, July 27 - Summer Fest
Join us for our annual summer celebration!! A fun day of zookeeper talks, animal encounters, refreshments, and more!

Saturday, August 10 – Safari Supper Camp for Kids 9-12 years

Back by popular demand!  Kids ages 9-12 years love this four-hour afternoon camp when they work side by side with kepers to prepare and deliver meals to the bear, primates, birds, and other exotic animals!  Camp includes a park tour and a snack.  $25 per child. Pre-registration required.

Saturday, August 17 – Lions & Tigers & Hot Rods
Our third annual benefit car, 4x4, and motorcycle show at the 4-H park adjacent to Black Pine!  See a variety of antique hot rods, classics, monsters, and riders, and enjoy a visit with the animals, too!  Refreshments available.

Saturday, Sept. 21 – Roar ‘n’ Snore Family Overnight Camp
It’s back!!  Family tent camping on the grounds!  Backyard barbecue, bonfire, s’mores, nocturnal tour, outdoor movie and more!   Pre-registration required.  Limit 15 tents.

Saturday, October 5 – Lions & Tigers & Beer, Black Pine!
Our sixth annual adults-only event features a full line-up of beers to taste, plus a hog roast, bonfire, sanctuary tours, live music & silent auction.

Saturday, October 26 – Howl O’Ween at Black Pine!
Join us for our annual Halloween celebration from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Fun for the whole family includes trick-or-treating throughout the grounds, lighted animal exhibits, bonfire, wagon rides and more!  Discounted admission for this special event!

Saturday, December 28 – Animal Enrichment Day
Open 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.  Join keepers as they deliver toys and treats to the animals!
